Tigress

This is one of Arrowhead's offspring, seen on my first day in Ranthambore. We - my wife, guide and driver - spent about three hours with them. "Arrowhead" (named because of the markings on her head) was a famous tigress, well known in the park and an iconic mother. Sadly, she died due to age and cancer shortly after our visit in March 2025. Such is my love of tigers that I felt I'd lost something very special. Perhaps Arrowhead's spirit will live on. The painting is one of Arrowhead's children, and I was privileged to have spent time with these famous tigers.
